Each borrower must present his own library ID at the time of checkout |

The process of checking out library materials- |
|
1. |
Proceed to the computer to search the CATALOG on-line. |
|
2. |
After finding the book and write down the call number, proceed to the stack to locate the book. |
|
3. |
Bring the book to the Circulation desk. |
|
4. |
Stamp the due date on the back cover. |
|
|
Renewal Policy: If the checked-out item is not already reserved by another patron, the borrower may renew the checked-out item one more time. |
|
|
If a library card is lost, it may be replaced with a fee of NT$100.00 and the patron must personally be present. |

Returning checked-out materials
All checked-out materials should be returned to the library circulation desk on the 3rd floor.
If the library is closed, please deposit the checked-out materials in the mailbox located outside near the main entrance of the building.
Fines for Overdue Items
Check-out period is 14 days(including holidays).
Fines for overdue items is NT$5.00 per day for each item. No fines will be charged for Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Lost or Damaged checked-out materials
Any materials that is damaged, soiled, or lost, the borrower is responsible to purchase the exact item with his own money and give back the item to the library. |
